Type 78.51 Switch mode power supply, low profile, high efficiency, with 12 V DC output at 50 W for electrical panels. 
Features include an adjustable voltage between 12 and 15 V and ZVS technology, and can be used as a battery charger. 
Overload limiting provides for battery charging and parallel connection for higher load currents-
