PUBLIC LIGHTING – CITY OF RAGUSA
For the management, optimization and efficiency of public lighting in the city of Ragusa, the Finder 12 NFC Series time switches were chosen – programmable through the Finder TOOLBOX App.
The City of Ragusa needed to optimize the management of its public lighting, so it turned to Finder products for a more efficient lighting system for both energy-savings and functionality.

The pre-existing system was made up of different products with manual programming, which did not guarantee the simultaneous lighting of all the street lamps in the city. The need was therefore to update the system to be able to switch all the street lamps simultaneously.
The public lighting system in Ragusa has now been equipped with Finder 12 Series astro time switches with NFC technology. Just inputting the post code makes the device calculate the sunrise and sunset times, thereby automatically deactivating or activating the lighting. Also, the 12 Series time switches can be programmed using the Finder TOOLBOX APP which, thanks to NFC technology (available for Android), allows you to program the device, copy the settings to multiple other devices, and even share them with other smartphones.
