The Villa d’Alessio is situated among the green olive trees of the Monopoli districts in the province of Bari, where today it has been transformed into modern and luxurious accommodation – welcoming tourists from all over the world.
At the request of the owners of Villa D’Alessio a solution was sought that would allow for the easy and remote management of the lighting, heating and air conditioning without upsetting the existing electrical system, or impacting on the structure of the building with invasive masonry work. This objective, together with consideration for the building’s historic nature, its size and the need to accomodate further enlargement lead to the choice of the Finder YESLY system – due in no small part to its extreme versatility and scalability.
The installation of YESLY devices made it possible to automate the operation of the existing systems while keeping the historical nuture of the building intact. In particular, the installation of the Type 13.22 actuators made it possible to control the on/off switching of the internal and external lights from a smartphone while the installation of Type 13.21 relays allowed for the control of the heating and air conditioning systems. And finally, by integrating the Finder YESLY Gateway into the system it is even possible to control the entire system remotely, and via voice assistants if required.
