RoHS (Rev. 11)
Directive 2011/65/EU (also known as RoHS 2) repeals Directive 2002/95/EC, and imposes specific restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) in order to contribute to the protection of human health and the environment, including the environmentally sound recovery or disposal of EEE waste. In July 2019, additional substances subject to restrictions were added to those already regulated by Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863.

European Directive 2012/19/EU regulates the end-of-life of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) by promoting its reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery, replacing Directive 2002/96/EC.

Conflict Minerals (Rev. 7)
Regulation No. 821/2017 of the European Union establishes obligations for importing minerals originating in conflict-affected and high-risk areas (as already specified by conflict minerals regulations in the United States; Section 1502(e)(1) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of July 2010).

Proposition 65
Proposition (or Prop) 65, is officially known as the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of November 1986. It protects the California State’s drinking water sources from being contaminated with toxic chemicals, and imposes mandatory consumer information requirements.
